Nokia 222 Description

Microsoft just announced Nokia 222 and Nokia 222 Dual SIM, the company’s latest affordable internet-enable feature phones. These are the successors of last year’s Nokia 220 and 220 Dual SIM and have a similar 2.4-inch (320 x 240 pixel) QVGA LCD screens and a T9 keypad. These have a 2-megapixel fixed-focus rear camera and come with 2G connectivity. These run on Nokia Series 30+ OS, measure 116mm x 50mm x 12.9mm and weigh just 79 grams.

Other features include, Bluetooth 3.0 with SLAM that enables multimedia content sharing between two SLAM-enabled devices, USB 2.0, FM Radio, Flashlight, microSD card slot (up to 32GB) and a 1100 mAh battery. These come pre-loaded with Opera Mini Browser, Bing Search, MSN Weather, GroupMe by Skype, Facebook, Messenger and Twitter. You can also download one free Gameloft game per month for a year among popular titles like Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood and Midnight Pool 3.
The Nokia 222 and Nokia 222 Dual SIM come in Black and White colors and starts at US$37 (Rs. 2465 approx.) before local taxes and subsidies. Both these phones will roll out globally in select markets starting from this September.
